It is herein described how Davide Fiammenghi respects your privacy, in accordance with the Article 12 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). This policy may be subject to amendments and enhancements over time and visitors are therefore advised to regularly review it.

This site minimizes access to your personal data, which is managed only by the natural person Davide Fiammenghi, Milan, Italy and never disclosed to third parties. To date, user registration is not allowed.

Through the contact form and the direct email are collected: name, surname, email, telephone number, address (Article 13 of the GDPR); these data are stored indefinitely in the personal Gmail address book for the sole purpose of contact.

This site does not use neither session cookies, nor persistent cookies (text strings that the browser saves on your computer for example to remember the language of use), nor even third-party cookies, that’s why, in accordance with the Directive 2002/58/EC “ePrivacy” (ePD), the consent banner is not present.
